YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF NO FEES ARE PAID TO STEPBYSTEPSHORTSALES FOR THE SERVICE, YOU SHALL BE LIMITED TO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF ONLY, UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FROM STEPBYSTEPSHORTSALES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

Eligibility

Termination

RETENTION OF SESSION DATA
We retain your session data (selections) for a period of up to five years, however, after thirty calendar days StepbyStepShortSale cannot guarantee that your information will be retained.
