About Us

 

We are a group of Columbia University Alumni who began our real estate investing careers upon graduation. Through the years, we have worked on, bought, sold, assigned, wholesaled, consulted on, managed, and short sold both residential and commercial real estate.

Our real estate experience has helped us learn about short sales from every possible angle. We have bought short sales, sold short sales, and consulted on short sales. We have also worked hand in hand with lender loss mitigation representatives and have learned directly from these relationships how lenders analyze short sales. In fact, one of our original real estate partners worked as a lender loss mitigation analyst prior to joining our team.

In January, 2008, we accurately predicted the collapse of the real estate industry as a whole and began working on sharing our knowledge, research, and experience with others. We decided that the best way we could combat the foreclosure epidemic and the depressed real estate market, which has now plagued millions of struggling homeowners, Realtors, and real estate investors, was to empower these
very same people.

We decided to create a platform to teach individual homeowners, Realtors, and real estate investors how to understand, profit from, and successfully negotiate real estate short sales. Whether you are negotiating your own personal short sale or negotiating a short sale for a client, we have taken your needs into consideration. We have spent thousands of hours working to perfect the short sale process in a way that can easily be followed by the most novice users, but also a system that can benefit the most seasoned professionals. We have given consideration to the wants and needs of each respective category (homeowner, Realtor, and investor) and have designed products which speak directly to each individual group’s needs.

There will be millions of people who will lose trillions of dollars in wealth during this foreclosure crisis. There will be many real estate professionals who will either leave their chosen profession or will have to take on additional jobs just to get by. However, there will also be those special individuals who will learn to profit from short sales—whether by alleviating bad mortgage debt, buying distressed properties, or by selling distressed real estate.

The good news is you are currently on the right track! You have taken the first step in learning the short sale process inside and out. Once you fully understand how you can personally profit from real estate short sales, your possibilities are endless.
